Non-refundable deposit / administration fee: I understand and agree that any deposit or administration fee paid for contract processing, verification, administration, listing, allocation or related operational purposes is non-refundable, unless Connecting Cities Rentals agrees otherwise in writing or where applicable law requires otherwise.
